1966 Morris Mini 850

This ORIGINAL UK MANUFACTURED (at Longbridge) MINI MOKE 850cc RIGHT HAND DRIVE was BUILT on 19th OCTOBER 1966 and Finished in SPRUCE GREEN with a GREEN SOFT TOP and fitted with 4 SEATS and WEATHERMASTER TYRES which have been Renewed because o Age, according to its BRITISH MOTOR HERITAGE CERTIFICATE and was destined for New Zealand but instead was Purchased in the UK by a PRIVATE COLLECTOR and then WENT STRAIGHT INTO DRY HEATED STORAGE in the UK where it stayed UNTIL DECEMBER 2019 having changed hands to another collector in December 1990 , who also kept it under wraps in dry heated storage until being Purchased in 2019 by a MINI MOKE FANATIC who still also owns to this days everal other Mini Mokes and apparently has owned many other Mini Mokes over the last 40 years. So in 2019 the Last Owner set about RE COMMISSIONING the car and Getting it UK Registered on a CORRECT YEAR REGISTRATION NUMBER ( October 1966) with the Help of the UK Mini Moke Owners Club who INSPECTED THE VEHICLE to CONFIRM ITS ORIGINALILITY and AUTHENTICITY with a Letter so that the DVLA would ISSUE the CORRECT AGE RELATED REGISTRATION NUMBER. This Process took some 18months in time to Finsalise. The Speedometer SHOWS JUST 10MILES from NEW and has NEVER BEEN DRIVEN. So Basically DELIVERY MILEAGE in its 59 YEARS since Its MANUFACTURE. This is a TIME WARP that can probably NEVER be REPEATED for the SERIOUS COLLECTOR
